We were given a plan to totally transform the cottage to the meet with the client’s desired overall finish and also to bring it up to current day standards.

This project involved a wide range of building, electrical and plumbing requirements. Some areas involved were restructuring or replacing old timber lintels, removal of existing walls, complete new heating and plumbing systems, new electrical systems and any remedial works to make the house into a home for the clients. The challenge involved dealing or unearthing minor or major problems and dealing with these on a daily basis and to keep this within a reasonable time limit agreed with the client.
